L’UVF NEGA LA PATERNITA’ DELLE ARMI TROVATE A CASTLEREAGH
Esponenti lealisti hanno negato di essere i possessori delle armi e munizioni rivenute a Castlereagh venerdì sera, il sequestro di armi più consistente degli ultimi anni nel Nord Irlanda
16 pistole semi-automatiche e 800 munizioni erano state trovate in una buca, da un uomo con un metal detector. Ora si chiede alla PSNI di assicurare alla giustizia, i legittimi possessori.
La polizia non ha rilasciato alcun commento che possa condurre le indagini all’UVF, gruppo paramilitare sotto osservazione soprattutto in virtù del luogo dove le armi sono state rinvenute.
Martin McGuinness, vice primo ministro, si è servito di Twitter per elogiare l’operato del Police Service of Northern Ireland.
