ONH: “ABBIAMO COSTRETTO PERSONE A LASCIARE L’IRLANDA”

Dissident group ran men out of Ireland (UTV)
A dissident republican leadership source has confirmed that up to a dozen men have been ordered to leave Ireland.
It is understood the men are from the Upper Springfield area of Belfast, and Oglaigh na hEireann have linked them to a range of criminality – including drugs, assaults and burglaries.
Their homes were visited on Tuesday evening and the men warned of “very serious consequences” if they failed to leave.
A source told UTV the men were told there was “no room for negotiation”, and said most, if not all, have since left.
He said all of those ordered to go are “very well known” – adding: “There are no shock names”.
It is understood the men were told they had to leave by 9pm on Wednesday.
A police spokesperson said: “We do not discuss the security of any individual.
“However, if we receive information that a person’s life may be at risk we will inform them accordingly.
“We never ignore anything which may put an individual at risk.”
