Two petrol bombs thrown at police in Londonderry (BBC News Northern Ireland)
Two petrol bombs were thrown at police officers and fire crews in Londonderry on Tuesday night.
The attack happened in the Rossville Street area at about 22:30 GMT. Stones were also thrown at fire crews in the area.
One vehicle sustained minor scorch damage, but there were no reports of any injuries.
Earlier on Tuesday night, police attended a report of criminal damage to the Verbal Arts Centre in the city.
A paint bomb and a petrol bomb which failed to ignite were thrown at the building on Bishop Street shortly after 22:00 GMT.
It is understood a number of youths made off in the direction of the Bogside.
