Two men have been charged after shots were fired at police in north Belfast earlier this month.
The men, 46 and 47 and from Belfast, are charged with aiding and abetting the attempted murder of officers.
Three police vehicles were hit as they travelled along the Crumlin Road on 5 December.
The pair were also charged with aiding and abetting the possession of firearms with the intent to endanger life on that date.
Along with a 52-year-old from the Co Armagh area, they face further charges of conspiracy to murder members of the security services, conspiracy to possess explosives with intent to endanger life and damage property, conspiracy to possess firearms with intent to endanger life and property, and being members of a proscribed organisation.
The men were arrested in the Belfast and Lurgan areas on Sunday night.
All three are due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
