Marian McGlinchey was convicted of two charges
A district judge has granted an application to set aside a conviction for public order offences handed down to veteran republican Marian Price.
She was convicted on Monday, of resisting and obstructing police after a protest in the New Lodge area of Belfast more than three years ago.
Price was not at the hearing, however, because of ill health.
On Tuesday, a doctor confirmed the extent of her condition to a court.
Price 59, also known as Marian McGlinchey, was accused of resisting and obstructing police after a white-line protest in the New Lodge area of Belfast on 10 July 2010.
