MARIAN PRICE IN TRIBUNALE PER LA STRAGE DI MASSEREENE
Woman charged in Massereene murders case (BBC News Northern Ireland)
A woman arrested eight months after two soldiers were murdered outside Massereene barracks in Antrim has been charged in connection with their killings.
The 57-year-old stands accused of providing property for the purposes of terrorism.
She was arrested in November 2009 and released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service – following that report’s completions, the charges have now been laid against her.
She’s due to appear at Laganside Court on Friday for a preliminary enquiry.
Sappers Patrick Azimkar and Mark Quinsey were gunned down outside their Army base in March 2009, as they collected a pizza delivery.
Two men are due to stand trial accused of their murders later this year.
