Video Update! Proseguono i disordini a Belfast. Chiusa Whiterock Road al bivio con la Springfield Road e Glenalina Drive, per la scoperta di un oggetto sospetto.
Stessa situazione a Ligoneil Road, chiusa tra Mountainhill Road e Crumlin Road, dove i tecnici dell’esercito sono attualmente all’opera.
Le strade interrotte nella giornata di ieri, sono state riaperte.
Chiusa anche una scuola.
Trecentocinquanta bambini di una primary school di Belfast sono stati rispediti a casa a causa dell’oggetto sospetto scoperto sulla Whiterock Road.
Interrotta anche la linea ferroviaria a Lake Street, Lurgan, a causa della presenza di un automezzo bruciato.

School closes in security alert (BBC News Northern Ireland)
Three hundred and fifty children at a primary school in Belfast have been sent home because of a security alert.
Pupils were moved out of St Aidan’s Primary School on the Springfield Road after the discovery of a suspicious object on the Whiterock Road.
It is closed at the junction with the Springfield Road and Glenalina Drive.
Army technical officers are examining a suspicious object at Ligoneil Road. The road is closed between Mountainhill Road and Crumlin Road.
Meanwhile, the railway line at Lake Street in Lurgan is closed because of a burnt out vehicle on the line.
All other roads affected by Monday’s rush hour disturbances have been reopened.
