Five police injured in serious disorder (UTV)
Five police officers have been injured during serious disorder in Newtownabbey.
A crowd of up to 100 people gathered in the Carnmoney Road area at around 8.30pm on Friday.
They attacked police with bricks and bottles.
A car was set on fire and a property was damaged.
One of the injured officers required hospital treatment.
Police said calm has now been restored to the area and the road has reopened.

Five police officers have been injured following disturbances in Glengormley on Friday evening.
It is understood the trouble started following the erection of a number of Irish tricolour flags.
They were being put up ahead of Easter and the anniversary of the Easter Rising in Dublin when the IRA attempted to take over the southern capital.
At around 8.30pm, trouble broke out when a crowd of up to 100 people attacked police with bricks and bottles.
At least one car was set alight and a nearby building was damaged.
At around 9pm on Friday evening the PSNI released a statement on Twitter saying that five officers were hurt during the disturbances in the Carnmoney Road area of Newtownabbey. None of the officers required hospital treatment.
A PSNI spokesman said on Twitter that up to 100 people attacked police, but that the area is now calm.
At this point, it is not known whether the crowd was republican or loyalist.
