Man is injured in West Belfast shooting (BBC News Northern Ireland)

The shooting happened on Thames Street on Tuesday night
A man has been assaulted and shot in west Belfast.
The 28-year-old suffered gunshot wounds to his legs. He also suffered other injuries to his head.
He was attacked at Thames Street off the Falls Road at about 22:30 BST on Tuesday. Residents in the area reported hearing three shots being fired.
Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the attack or has any information about it to contact them.
