E’ bastata una bottiglia di thè abbandonata sulla porta a far scattare l’allarme sicurezza a Stormont

Poco dopo le 3.45 di martedì notte la PSNI è stata chiamata ad intervenire dopo che un uomo con indosso T-shirt nera, pantaloni grigi e cappello di paglia, ha abbandonato un pacchetto davanti alla porta di ingresso di Stormont.
Subito scattate le indagini e le ricerche che hanno portato a scoprire che quel pacchetto conteneva solamente due bastoni ed una bottiglia di thè freddo, come confermato dalla polizia stessa.

An enigmatic man in a straw hat has caused a security alert at Parliament Buildings by leaving a bottle of iced tea at the front door.
Shortly after 3:45am this morning police were called in with reports of a man being seen to enter the grounds and leave a package at the front door of the building.
Police removed the bag which contained two sticks and a bottle of “non suspicious liquid”.
A search of the ground was carried out by police and Stormont security but nothing untoward was found.
The man described as wearing black t-shirt, grey trousers and straw hat and is believed to have headed towards Massey Ave area, police said.
A PSNI spokeswoman confirmed that the liquid was “iced tea”.
