Tre adolescenti dovranno comparire in tribunale con l’accusa di aver partecipato ai riots della scorsa settimana.

In particolare gli imputati sono accusati dei disordini di Belfast e di aver tentato di danneggiare le auto con palle da golf.
Tra loro un sedicenne, il cui nome non è stato rivelato a causa dell’età, è stato accusato in relazione ai disturbi a East Bridge Street il 13 luglio scorso. E ‘ uscito su cauzione, ma dovrà comparire in tribunale il mese prossimo.
Il giovane è anche sospettato di aver posseduto strumenti finalizzati a recar danno a proprietà, vale a dire mazze da golf e palline.
L’altro co-imputato, quindicenne, comparirà in tribunale per accuse simili.
Anche ad altri due ragazzi adolescenti accusati dei disordini a Ormeau Road hanno ottenuto la libertà su cauzione.
Sono entrambi accusati di comportamenti riottosi e di aver lanciato una molotov contro la polizia con l’intenzione di recare danno.
Entrambi dovranno rispettare un coprifuoco tra le 21 della sera e le 7 della mattina.
I ragazzi dovranno inoltre essere in contatto con la polizia per tre giorni alla settimana e gli è proibito il consumo o il possesso di alcool.

Three teenagers appear in court following July riots (BBC News Northern Ireland)
A teenager has appeared in court accused of rioting in Belfast and trying to damage cars with golf balls.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, was charged in connection with disturbances at East Bridge Street on 13 July.
He is accused of rioting and the attempted criminal damage of motor vehicles.
He was remanded on bail at Belfast Youth Court to appear again next month.
The youth is also alleged to have possessed an article with intent to damage property, namely golf clubs and balls, and causing a dangerous article to be on a road.
His, 15-year-old co-accused will appear in court on similar charges at a later date.
Meanwhile two teenage boys charged in connection with rioting on the Ormeau Road in south Belfast on the Twelfth of July have been granted bail.
The 15-year-old and 16-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons appeared before Belfast Youth Court via videolink from a juvenile justice centre.
They are both charged with riotous behaviour and throwing a petrol bomb at police with intent to injure them.
Both were ordered to be electronically tagged and observe a curfew between 2100 BST and 0700 BST.
The teenagers must also report to police three days a week and are banned from consuming or possessing alcohol.
