ACCUSA DI APPARTENENZA ALL’IRA PER IL FRATELLO DI ALAN RYAN
Vincent Ryan, fratello del prominente repubblicano Alan Ryan freddato a Dublino ad inizio mese, è comparso dinnanzi alla Special Criminal Court insieme a 2 co-imputati, per rispondere dell’accusa di appartenenza all’IRA
L’arresto di Vincent Ryan era avvenuto il 13 settembre nell’ambito dell’Operation Ambience lanciata dalla Gardai a pochi giorni dai funerali in stile paramilitare del fratello Alan Ryan, esponente della Real IRA.
Insieme a lui, sono comparsi al cospetto della Special Criminal Court anche Nathan Kinsella e Darragh Evans. Ad accomunarli l’accusa di appartenenza IRA, sulla base della Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
