It was sparked after police received a telephone bomb warning on Monday evening.
The PSNI are conducting searches in the Boa Island area of Belleek and the Boho Road area of Belcoo.
They are urging residents to stay vigilant while their investigations continue.
Police are urging the public not to approach or touch any suspicious items.
