The Five Demands

E’ attualmente in corso un’operazione di sicurezza nella contea di Fermanagh, precisamente nel tratto della strada B36 tra Dernawilt e Rosslea dove, secondo le informazioni giunte al PSNI, sarebbe stato piazzato un ordigno.
La strada, in cui sono all’opera tecnici dell’esercito,  è stata ovviamente chiusa al traffico e molte famiglie sono state evacuate dalla loro abitazioni.
Questo è solo l’ultimo degli allarmi che stanno afflingendo la area di frontiera negli ultimi mesi.

Dissidents trigger security alert (News Letter)
A security operation is ongoing in Co Fermanagh.
The B36 Road between Dernawilt and Rosslea has been closed to traffic as Army technical officers examine the scene.
Police confirmed they were acting on information passed on to them.
“It follows a claim by dissident republican terrorists that an explosive device had been left on the route,” a statement read.
Several families have been evacuated from their homes.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time.
The border area has been blighted in recent months with continuous security alerts.
