Rilevate tracce di PETN e RDX in una cella ‘repubblicana’ del carcere di Maghaberry
BBC News, rivela la notizia del ritrovamento di tracce di componenti utilizzati nel Semtex (esplosivo usualmente utilizzato dall’IRA) durante le ricerche di routine effettuate in una cella di un repubblicano.
Un portavoce della prigione ha comunicato che non è stato rinvenuto alcun quantitativo di Semtex, ma solo tracce di due dei suoi componenti rilevate dai tamponi.
Finlay Spratt, del Prison Officer Association, ha accolto con preoccupazione lo notizia affermando che questo rende ancor più pericoloso il già difficile lavoro delle guardie carcerarie.
I componenti ritrovati sono PETN (pentrite) e RDX.

Traces of a component used in Semtex explosives were found in the cells of republican prisoners in Maghaberry Prison, the BBC understands.
The component was detected in swab tests taken during routine searches of two cells at Roe House.
A Prison Service spokesman said no Semtex was found during the operation.
Finlay Spratt, of the Prison officers Association, said it was a worrying development which raised concerns about officer’s safety.
“We don’t whether or nor explosives have been brought into the prison, but it is a very worrying development for the staff who already do a very difficult job,” he said.
Semtex is manufactured using the chemical compounds PETN and RDX.

Strano che i POW che stanno in Roe House nn ne sanno niente di tale ritrovata. Nessun indagine è in corso e nessuno e stato arrestato per questa “ritrovata”
L’articolo nn parla manco del “lockdown” (chiusura forzata senza possibilità di uscire della cella) dalla settimana scorsa che ha durato dall 15 di domenica alle 13 di martedi. Quasi 48 ore di solidario in quale i POW nn hanno potuto fequentare altri POW, uscire per aria. Questo “scoop” sarà usato qualche POW per torturarlo di piu.
