A bomb alert in Belfast city centre caused rush-hour traffic chaos on Thursday afternoon.
The Victoria Square shopping complex was evacuated for around three hours after a suspicious bag was found in the House of Frazer department store this afternoon.
Army bomb experts carried out a controlled explosion but the alert was later declared a hoax.
